Hospitality Has Always Been About More Than Hotels

My career began and developed within Jamaica's hospitality industry, representing some of the island's most distinguished luxury resorts and building relationships across international travel and leisure markets.

Moving into luxury real estate has allowed me to apply that experience differently.

The product has changed.

The relationship has become longer.

The investment is greater.

But many of the fundamentals remain remarkably similar.

Understanding the client. Building trust. Creating emotional connection. Communicating value. Protecting the integrity of the brand. And, above all, recognizing that luxury is ultimately personal.

That philosophy continues to shape how I approach my leadership role at The Pinnacle.

JAMAICA

Selling More Than a Residence

There is another dimension of this role that is particularly important to me.

I am representing Jamaica.

Throughout my hospitality career, I had the privilege of introducing people from around the world to the island through its hotels, experiences and people.

Today, I have the opportunity to participate in a different conversation—one that asks people not only to visit Jamaica, but to consider owning, investing, living and belonging here.

That makes this chapter of my career especially meaningful.
